Long Live The Apes

The Apes? Yeah!

A few days ago, I watch this news on television about the orangutans which broke my heart.

It's really sad to watch what people did to those orangutans.

Some folks said that they were our ancestors. 

As the matter of fact, these primate might have the same face structure just like human.

Yeah, they are not big monkeys but they are ORANGUTAN. 

Well well well, some of you might have ever watched orangutans shows 

in Zoo or anywhere else, but nowadays you have to have a little more concern about it. 

The latest issues about these mammals show their population are now consider in danger.

Orangutans are close to the phase which I call extinction. 

Our monkey palls have been being brought down by some irresponsible men 

who also want to destroy their home, the jungle. 

Some of orangutans, I think, also fought for their house, 

so the apes basically gave a hard way in order to avoid those people to collect their home. 

However, with some high technology weapons or tools, 

hunters can easily bring them down just in a blink of an eye.

 Some Apes decide to run away, and in order to escape few of them might go towars society. 

Society who accidentally meet orangutans, consider them as a public distraction, 

so they point out their gun, and aim at them, kill on the spot. 

Even there was one case that shows how they put an ape into ashes while it was alive.

Scary??

I call it SADISTIC. 

So people what I want you to concern is that we have to protect these mammals 

so that they can be far away from extinction. 

I myself hope and think that my children, can also see these creatures in the future.

Orangutans need to be protected. 

First thing that we have to make sure that their homes are safe,

in other words we have to stop illegal logging, stop people to burn and overtake jungles. 

Jungles are house for many population, including orangutans,

so if we can stop this crime, we can save orangutans from extinction.

Remember Orangutans also take part if ecosystem. 

Losing them might change the balance in nature that indirectly may also affect us, human. 

So, People let's start to protect what it's been given to us. 

Animlas, are also, our friends in this lovely earth. 

Do not let some silly crimes, destroy many lifes. 

Here are some suggestion about what you need to do from 

the Orangutan Foundation International : 
Stopping illegal logging, mining and forest conversion
Increasing sustainable economic alternatives for communities surrounding critical orangutan habitat
Assuring sustained funding for long-term in-site orangutan research vital
for effective conservation efforts
Educating the local public to understand orangutan and forest issues and
take pride in orangutans and their forest
Relaxing ex-captive orangutans into suitable, protected habitat
